Is there a fee to register?

I have never tried adaptive sports before – is this event for me?
Yes! This event is for individuals of all ages and all ability levels who are interested in trying adaptive sports. Our coaches and team are trained to work with novices and welcome you to try as many sports as possible to find out what you like!
Can I participate in sports if I do not have a physical disability?
Yes! The 2021 Angel City Games presented by The Hartford is a chance for everybody to try adaptive sports! Be sure to review the Registration Page for additional information.
What are food options?
Lunch will be provided for athletes, spectators, volunteers and coaches on both Saturday and Sunday. Our Saturday evening celebration will also feature a free dinner- but be sure to register for that specific event so we have enough food for all.
Will there be on-site parking? Is it free?
There is a free parking lot at LAHS that will likely be dedicated to ADA parking. ACS will create a drop-off area at the entrance of the school as well. There will also be street parking available on Olympic and surrounding streets.
Your athlete information packet will have additional parking info! This will be sent out about 1 week prior to the event.
Do I need to be vaccinated?

Angel City is following the LA County guidelines which currently requires Proof of Full Vaccination or a negative test taken within 72 hours of the event start date for indoor events.
The LA County guideline indicates that for outdoor events, Proof of Full Vaccination or a negative test taken within 72 hours of the event start date is recommended but not required.
The 2021 Angel City Games presented by The Hartford will feature sports in both indoor & outdoor venues and therefore the encourage all attendees to have a Proof of Full Vaccination or a negative test taken within 72 hours of the event start date.
Face coverings will be required for indoor activities and will be encouraged for outdoor activities. All attendees will have a temperature screening upon arrival each day.
For health and safety purposes we are requesting everyone who plans to attend the Games register. If you aren’t an athlete, you can either register as a volunteer or as a spectator. A spectator role would just be someone who wants to support or observe and there is no time commitment- you can stay for as long or as little as you like.
Do I need to stay all-day long? What is the schedule?
You can stay for as long or as little as you like for both days. Sports will be from 9am-4:30pm, broken into 90-minute clinic rotations. Saturday night will also feature the Angel City Holiday Hangout which will take place from 4:30-7:30pm.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
We will have a merchandise tent with various sweatshirts and t-shirts available for purchase. You can paid with cash or credit card.
Can ACS pay for my hotel/travel? They did in the past?
While there are no guarantees if you’d like to request support to get to the Games please email email@example.com immediately!
When/where are the 2022 Games?
We are still confirming a venue for the 2022 Games but they will likely be in late June or early July.
Our first choice is to return to UCLA – we will try to confirm early next year.
Will there be food/drinks on-site?
ACS will provide lunch for all attendees on Saturday and Sunday. Water will also be provided on-site. Additionally, dinner will be provided on Saturday night during the Angel City Holiday Hangout but please be sure to add that event to your cart in your registration so we can have an accurate count for food. Some sponsors may also provide light snacks and beverages throughout the weekend.
More specific information about food provided will be in your athlete info packet which will be sent about 1 week prior to the event start date.
